Acoustic Guitar Bridge Lifting

acoustic guitar bridge?

so my guitars bridge is lifting up and i dont know how to fix it..it looks like it had some glue to stay down with some screws. i tried to push it down but it wont go down at all..i cant tighten the screws cos i can get the pliers to fit the guitar hole
can i just continue using it like that with no problem? please help!

A bridge lifting up is never good. Unless it is a floating tremolo.
